    To be able to improve the user experience, you need to understand the user. You should never only rely on your own intuitions or own knowledge, as you may have a biased opinion on products, features and workflows. A diversity of perspectives always brings value to a decision, especially when it comes to UX.

    What’s the problem?

    We – the designers and developers – at DAVID Systems are not our customers, who are editors, journalists, schedulers, moderators. That is why we can only really understand their needs, opinions and troubles when they are voiced.
